Single Serving Art Movies   What is a VendaVision?  The concept is as simple as capitalism itself.   Insert a dollar to watch an independently produced art movie and get an ice cold pop absolutely free!   What is an art movie?   I refuse to bore everyone with the tired video / film debate.  If the image moves it's a movie.   It's art because I curated it and I'm the bitch curator because I own the VendaVision machines. Does the artist get paid?  Yes.  The artist gets 25 cents every time their movie vends.  Does the landlord get paid?  No.  Vendavision is the first time in history that the artists get paid and the landlords are happy with applause alone.  It also looks good on the landlords' resumes. Aren't you afraid a certain cola company will attack with high power lawyers that claim they own the color red and that hideous font?    Bring it on. How do I get my movie on a VendaVision?  You have to submit to me and cross your fingers.  If I fancy your movie should be in a program, it's in.  Can you use a donation of a working pop machine / computer / monitor?   No.  I am not making any new VendaVision machines at the moment. Are you looking for new locations?  No.  VendaVision is no longer in service, but I might revive it one day but not today.
